A nationally recognized personal injury law firm hired me for a reputation problem that everyone, including the attorneys they had retained, said was effectively impossible to make disappear. A damaging post on a major platform. Months of legal fees and fights, and no real progress.

I resolved it in two weeks – quietly, legally, and permanently.

The next month, the firm’s founding attorney retained me privately. He replaced one of the country’s leading law-firm marketing agencies with me alone, then kept handing me more: search and advertising across multiple states, websites and mass-tort campaigns, reputation defense, the underlying security and technology, and custom intelligence systems I designed and built – including one that detected trucking accidents in real time. The advertising and acquisition work ran under the review of his firm’s bar-compliance counsel.

The problems kept changing. The person solving them never did.

In our first months, he told me he needed a five-year run and intended to end his career with me. I gave him six.

In those six years, he and I never met in person. Not once. Every strategy, emergency, and result ran through email, text, and the occasional short phone call. He noticed it himself in the first few weeks, telling me the most responsive person he worked with was the one he had never met.

As that engagement wound down, I built Loophole.

Removed fake, misleading, and unfair reviews from Yelp – guaranteed. For businesses that wanted off the platform entirely, we made their Yelp page disappear from Google and Yelp search results.
Developed a repeatable case-building method for review removals grounded in Yelp’s own content guidelines – no hacking, no contact with the reviewer, no quid pro quo.

Maintained a 97% success rate on individual review deletions, including reviews Yelp had previously refused to remove, typically completed in under 45 days.

Designed a proprietary process for de-indexing entire Yelp business pages from Google and Yelp search results, with a 99% success rate.

Built 24/7 monitoring software that scanned client pages for reposted reviews and triggered re-removal at no additional charge.

Ran a confidential process with no identifying information collected about reviewers; neither Yelp nor the reviewer knew a client had engaged the service.
